Mission statement: Our mission is to give something new idea for future generation of Nepal. Example, building school or it could be anything; new ideas are most welcome for the sake of our Nepalese fellow.

Memberships: ages between 25 to 40 years, youth generation. There is will be no election, no hierarchy system, all members are equal. No big talk like we have seen in different association. We are not politically affiliated group; we are free member of society. This is totally new system which will focus for mission using our knowledge and resource we have. We do not need to beg anything from anybody. We just use what we have.

How to accomplish mission: When we retire from here, eventually most of us are going back to Nepal after 15 to 20 years. When we go back there, let us build up one good network for the sake of our country. We will do something new that future generation will use our tool to develop our nation.
