my wife's has completed the nursing course from nepal and she is trying for the Credentials Verification from the New York state through CGFNS..after all the paper that the CGFNS has recieved we got the following message ""CGFNS has received the verification of academic record form and transcript; however, the attendance dates that you have indicated on the academic record form and transcript differ from what was stated on the applicant's application for the Credentials Verification Service for New York State."" and secondly CGFNS mailed us that the documents were sent personally not directly from the school by mistake the staff but his name on the envelope..so what we have to do now after this..any guys on the sajha has gone through similar issue..ur suggestion will be highly appreciated..

Date mismatch is taken as huge problem by academic institutions in US. So you need to first rectify that. Whichever one is the correct date, you must prove it. Either by presenting additional documents from academic institution or by any other government agencies means (NOTORARY).

Call them and explain how the those mistakes happened. And, ask for what you have to do now to correct those mistakes. They will advise you.

I heard there is an office in Kirtipur or somewhere, they send you official transcript directly to the universities or any institutions. But you have to pay for shipping and other admin cost which comes something less then $500, thats what I heard. Old time we didn't have to evaluate but now I heard they look for evaluation.......
