Hello guys!!! My F1 visa for undergraduate expires just 4 months before my graduation. How important it is for me to renew my visa ? Do i have to have valid visa for OPT and H1B visa application ??? would appreciate your suggestions

Nope you dont need valid visa for any of the thingsyou mentioned. Your status will be maintained by valid I-20. Make sure I-20 is valid at any case.

jacksparrow is right. Valid I-20 is all u need for OPT and H-1. You can always go back and get a H-1 B visa after you H1 application is approved.
