These crooks could rise in Nepal only because of the corrupts like Kujata. It's Kujata who pressured the government to back off from court on the terrorism charges against him. It was Kujata who brought this crook to US during her official visit. It was Kujata who saved him when he entered Bhutan without any visa during her official visit.
