I have already applied for TPS and my status is pending. I didn't apply for EAD while I applied for TPS. Can i apply EAD now?

Please help me with these question>>
1. Anyone who has applied EAD and approved now?
2. Did u give biometrics again?
3. Did you send the cheque to same address that u send your TPS?

Help will be highly appreciated..

Actually we are on the same boat, I recently applied for EAD (didnt applied for EAD before) and I would love to share my knowledge based on your question: (Though I took help from knowledgeable people but I might be wrong too)

1. USSCIS recently received my EAD application with my i765 application, copy of biometric mail sent by USCIS and Check. (Few days back), they might take sometime to approve it.
2. Biometrics is just one time no need to give again, make sure you send your biometrics mail that you receive (photocopy) so that they have Case number
3. Check has to be sent on the same address, I sent all my documents to Chicago office and was checking my bank account; The money wa already withdrawn

Documents packets that I sent included:
1. Check payable
2. photocopy of TPS biometrics paper that USCIS sent you that has case number for TPS and EAD
3. EAD I765 form

I did the same thing. They gave me a new application number so I guess its gonna take longer.
(TPS only) application: Dec 21
New EAD applicaition received: Feb 10
EAD not received yet.

@teremam bhai can you tell us the dates your original application was received. Also the your new application(EAD)?

USCIS hasnt provided me with the new application @khaikkhaik but i think they would actually overlap my new application EAD case with the same old one without new application with existing LIN number on the same case.
My date for original application is August 14, 2015, and is still in pending.

I applied TPS and EAD in September first week. Bio metrics was done in August. EAD received within 10 days of bio metrics. However, TPS approval aako chaina ahile samma. Is this normal?

Biometrics kasari august ma bho? tps ra ead nai september ma apply garera. Those who applied early got their EAD card within 2 weeks of biometrics. I applied on the last day so biometrics exam mero ta Jan 26 ma bhako. Haven't received EAD card yet

I had my biometrics on september but hopefully they would approve my case for TPS and EAD within a month or two (they better do) cause realistically 8 months huncha yar april 14 ma; uniharu ko kurai bujhna garo...

Kina ra bro? Passport le ni farak huncha ra?
Also, maile form send garda PDF mai type gareko ho, barcode on the forms was adjusted for every character I typed. Does it expedite the process?

@statuspidit: I think the bar code might expedite the process but it depends on USCIS solely. for few people like mine, they have made the application review by officer call which I don't know why they are doing it In addition i did the bar code application as well in pdf format. I think there must be some other reason for delaying the app process which we are not aware of. One can be receiving lots of application more than what they can handle..

Khai. Naya Passport le apply garne ko jhyam jhyam EAD airacha. TPS approve ta khasai kasaiko bhako chaina

@khaikkhai ahh yar mero OPT ko EAD thiyo and its expiring this june so I have already applied for TPS EAD last month. I hope by two months hopefully i get TPS and EAD card

@khaikkhai ONe more interesting thing naya passport le ni affect garcha ra? EAD ta apply gare pachi aucha yar tara TPS approve huna paro, according to my understanding which might also be wrong affect gardaina hola Passport le..

Yar haru yesto dhilo vako dekhera ta nepal para jasto lagcha yar baru nepal mai source force lagayo vane chito huncha yaha pani lagauna parla jato cha khitititititititititit....

Mero aru sathiharu le naya passport le apply gareko, uniharu ko EAD biometrics ko 2 weeks mai ayo. Mero ra arko sathi le purano passport le gareko ahile samma ako chaina. Timile kun naya passport le apply gareko ho?
