I have already applied for TPS and my status is pending. I didn't apply for EAD while I applied for TPS. Can i apply EAD now?

Please help me with these question>>
1. Anyone who has applied EAD and approved now?
2. Did u give biometrics again?
3. Did you send the cheque to same address that u send your TPS?

Help will be highly appreciated..

Tyei ta... aba TPS extension ra renew garne bela aauna laagi sakyo. Dherai ko ahile samma TPS approve bhakao chaina; kattiko EAD aako chaina. Ke paara ho mooji USCIS ko?

@ StatusPidit ahh mitra college ma vanneko ramro vanchu ma ta , maile mero intl advisor lai vaneko thiye ma EAD linchu vanera thats set, sayad EAD pani dina pardaina hola TPS ko cause its humanitarian effort... tara intl advisor sanga consult gareko ramro according to me cause sometimes if sth happens they are your last breath saver so update garako ramro..
In case of bad situation they are your life saver so uniharu lai thaha deko ramro according to me

i have applied tps and ead on aug, already got ead but tps still pending and said fingerprint received, guys!! is that normal?

yes @statuspidit receipt number is change with the new receipt number if you see in i797 notice of action of far left.....@khaikkhaik mitra was absolutely right.

@RKY: yes that is normal mitra, uniharu ko ali late nai vai rako cha khoi kina ho bujhna garo, paisa refund magne bela vo jasto cha hera na aba december vanda 2-3 agadi renew garnu parcha lets say if we get approved in april we have hardly 4 months to work with EAD yar....

EAD approve bhaye ta kaam garna thale bhai halyo ni TPS naaye pani..and history shows EAD gets extended for 6 mnths automatically if TPS gets redesignated considering the fact that people will not get EAD long after their current one expire. Look at haiti's renewal process.

I came home and checked all my documents. I see there was a "I-797C, Notice of Action" document sent to me with the bio metrics date and time. This document only has 2 LIN numbers; but not a new receipt number like you suggested.

I also checked the letter that was sent along with the TPS EAD card. Even that piece of paper does not have any new receipt number. Where did you find yours? Thanks in advance, bro.

But, "tero TPS approve bhayo" bhanera USCIS le notice send nagareko huna le halka chintaa laagi raa cha.

@ StatusPidit mitra I think u havent read through my TPS situation. I had OPT EAD expiring on June 16 so I didnt applied for it before. recently thats on february last week I applied for TPS EAD which has a completely different case number.
You are absolutely right but my case is little different since I already have OPT EAD and applied TPS EAD last february with a different case....

I used my old passport too, that expires in 2017 but not MRP one. Is that a problem? I applied 6 months ago.

Maile TPS september ma ani EAD jan, 2016 ma apply gareko but both are pending right now :(.

mero TPS ra EAD both pending cha ra dubai ma pending bhanera messaage rakheko cha, if I go online and check. I think they change the message if they send EAD card though TPS is pending?

I'm also planning to apply for my EAD just now. My TPS is still pending.

Here are the list of documents I am planning to send. Please let me know if I should include anything else:

1. $380.00 personal check payable to USCIS (Chicago)
2. I-765 form
3. Biometric letter copy that has previous case number (LINXXXXXXX)
4. Note stating that my TPS case is still pending and applying for EAD now.
