Ha ha ha ha ah Flips - good one! Allow me to clarify before I roasted like marshmallow from the other side. :P I am of the opinion that you are at an advantage if you can carry yourself well. Looking presentable is one aspect of that. But it is not the only one. It is not sufficient to look smart and swanky if you don't have what it takes to back that up - ie substance. But, unless you overindulge in grooming yourself, I think there is no harm to it ... thats all.

Okie, hope I didn't touch too many raw nerves there. Apologies if I did - most of what I say these days in Sajha, much to the chagrin of some of my older friends, is in jest and for the sake of fun.

Audrey - I believe the origins of the word are in Hindi but it has been adopted into Nepali if I am not mistaken. Even if it was Hindi, I don't think many of us here would really mind :)
