I had once expressed a similar concern in the past - ie. do we risk becoming "one-thread posters" when we get so much into something like this. I am happy to report that my fears turned out to be unfounded for the most part and I find a lot of people here post all over the place :)

On another note, I have wondered what it would be like to have groups on Sajha like how Myspace has them. I guess threads serve the same purpose but with much more limited functionality (like you cant edit, control membership, content etc). Food for thought for San dai I suppose :)

Well I don't necessary see groupism as a bad thing. Both group based and "mass"-based (for lack of a better word) threads have their role to play in forum like this. Sometimes you need group based threads to ensure sound content. I think a good forum should provide both types of discussions to its users. Somethings are better discussed in a small group and other things in a larger group. That's all.

Just my thoughts.
