let me make this clear; not all dhoti are india, and not all indians are dhoti.

I myself is from madhesi region of nepal, and i'm proud to say that i'm a madhesi.

Before; nepal,india bhutan, b'desh,s'lanka, p'tan existed, we were citizens of same country "Bharat varsha", named after the king Bharat.

There is nothing, we need to be hostile to each other. It just matter, how the history saw india? , and who controlled Kathmandu?

Even though, the group of people you are talking about has no political portfolio in this government, i think, they had, have and will have social status with out prejudice.

Locals kill 12 Maoists in Kapilvastu

KAPILVASTU, Feb 17 - In yet another daring incident, locals of Sirshihawa and Ganeshpur VDCs in Kapilvastu district, beat to death 12 Maoists including a district leader of the area on Thursday.
Locals revolted after Maoists abducted former sub-inspector of police Prem Bahadur Bhujel from the area on Wednesday. According to security sources in the district, around 5,000 locals swarmed into Maoist shelters in the area and beat them to death on the spot. Ali Akhtar Musalman alias "Dr Roshan", a district level Maoist leader, was among those killed in the attack. Most of those killed were village level activists who hail from the two VDCs.

Later, locals handed over the dead bodies of Maoists to security personnel at the Armed Police base camp at Krishnanagar on Thursday evening.
