Does anyone know how long does it take to get H1B transfer approval through normal processing and not premuim?

It depends on the service center too. Most of the time, you might get an approval within 30-60 days. Thats what I have observed for the past three months in California Service Center. Shoot me an email for more info @ nepalilawyer@gmail.com

Month ago i did email on u'r nepalilawer@gmail.com..but didn't get any reply...... is it real? Just Curious!....... If it is then ,how long it will take to reply.
Plz let me know..... i need help

Santosh jee,
H1B transfer is being processed at the California Service Center, I received notice of receipt dated Oct 18th. I am planning to go to Nepal around March and was wondering if the petition will be approved by that time.

You can check the current processing time at www.uscis.gov.
