Nepe jee and I are a product of science. I do not know him personally. I do not know his profession, but I am in the health care field (application of science) where I see human sufferings everyday, and sufferings with such magnitude and varieties undoubtedly convince me that the modern science and all the concepts, ideas, and beliefs that the humanity has seen since the dawn of what we call civilization have failed to resolve human misery. None of them has been proved to be SOMETHING that has ability to get humanity out of hell – sufferings.

(1)LOOKING AT THE TRIANGULAR THEORY OF LOVE (not analysis):

(a) Intimacy, passion and commitments are three ingredients of total love
(b)Total Love = intimacy + passion + commitments

(2)MY OBSERVATION(not analysis)

(a)Looking at the definitions of intimacy, passion and commitments, I found the
TOTAL LOVE a store house of personal desires and expectations.
So,

TOTAL LOVE = personal desires and expectations.
(b) Fragmented Love = Absence of all three ingredients (intimacy, passion and
Commitments).

(3)MY DISCOVERY (based on ‘The Science of Watching’)

(Analogy of watching- Like a scientist watching a bird). Watching is not a concept, ideas, belief or philosophy. It is purely a fact and a process. Watching does not require any Guru or any physical tool to do the experiment. Watching includes: watching every single thought without naming it, Watching every single emotion, watching every single feeling, watching every single movement including breathing.

(a)Personal desire and expectation breed conflicts and sufferings
(b)Giving and receiving are not love. They both are a pure process and facts, and they can stand and survive on their own. They do not need any label such a love.
(c)The problem arises when we label something. For example: labeling somebody as Hindus or Muslim has created division among us and division has generated conflicts thus sufferings.
(d)What would have happened if we had not generated labeling system? Answer: A tremendous decrease in conflicts and sufferings.
(e)Why the process ‘Drinking a cup of Tea’ has not generated conflicts? Answer: This process has not been labeled yet.
(f)Giving a flower to a girl, having kiss, hug or sex are pure facts and process. The process is not love. A process is a process. Some may say that these are the process to express love. But what is LOVE? What is being expressed? We do not know yet. It is still to discover for many of us.

(4)CONCLUSION:

(a)Triangular Love Theory with one ingredient = less desire and expectation= less sufferings
(b)Triangular Love Theory with two ingredient = more desires are expectations = more sufferings
(c)Triangular Theory with all three ingredients = tremendous desires and expectations = tremendous sufferings
