Mr. Obama is mixed race person, in another word he is half black and half white even though he looks 100% black.  Of course he made a history for not being 100% white president like pervious presidents.

Now I am wondering will there be another history later on if a black person becomes president and he/she was born from black father and black mother!!!!!

Absolutely!  Obama's inauguration as 44th president of these United States is the shining moment in American History.  So yes, he made history.

In USA, if you are even half black then you are considered to be black. It don't matter.

Of course he made a history, people don't judge by upbringing here, they judge by your freaking color. We all should know how hard it is for us just because of our color. These people are too judgmental, non-whites are non-whites, no matter how you grew up.

Hello smart ass newlynew, for your information he just became president of the US at noon EST. That means he just made history. And ofcourse I did know about his race.

The truth is , Republican help to make history, otherwise another 20 years no half black man would have been to white house.

Bad Karma of Bush made half black President. How ever , for the better economy and Barack win was needed.

History made him the president and in turn he added a page to it.
