I have extended Samsung monitor , I tried with newer software, still  unable to hear the sound connected by HDMI II or DVI. I downloaded UBUNTU and now I can hear the Dashai Dhun in Sajha? What is the reason?

most probably the issue is with a driver... when you have a hardware (in your context, a HDMI or DVI Cable), windows needs a driver for that hardware to work or get recognized or function properly.. ... technically speaking HDMI cable should not be needing a driver ( do not know about DVI, never used it) but who knows... go to the hdmi manufacturer's web site and see if the cable needs a driver installed in the windows machine... or search in google for any generic HDMI drivers, install it... your problem should be resolved...

You are not depressed but you got a Disorder I named it " Sajha-Disorder" . That is  the reason your post always deleted , refreshed and re-posted.
