Hi everyone,

I have to transfer to a different university to complete my master's degree in computer science . Please let me know if you guys know any OK or good university which provides some scholarship opportunities for international students in any state.

Please share your thoughts because this is very very important for me.

without knowing your circumstance, academic standing, test scores like GRE, etc. how can anyone give a definitive answer to you?

Minnesota State University or any other college in rural area is good but like someone said above, it will depend on few of those things. In general, you get instate tuition and living expense here is cheaper too I guess!
