2 months Nepal basera yo week US farkindaichhu... POE ma tension dela vanera ali ali darr lagdaichha...k garne hola ? TPS AP lai entrance deny gareko kehi suniyeko chha ? kasaiko relative info vaye share garaun na pls...
mero 5 years earlier chahin Asylum deny vayera deferral of removal matra pako with CAT (convention against Torture).

A person granted withholding of removal cannot travel outside of the United States. If they do, they are considered to have self deported and the order of removal the immigration judge issued will go into effect
