Hello friends.

After months of planning and preparation, we have finally opened our new restaurant named Gorkha Palace located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis. I know this site is visited by many Minnesotan Nepalis as well as others. To everyone out there who loves authentic Nepali food, I want to let you know that Gorkha Palace offers authentic Nepali, Indian and Tibetan cuisine using the freshest ingredients most of which are sourced from local producers. Our dairy and eggs are organic and the meats that are All Natural, without any hormones or antibiotics also come from local farms. In our attempt to positively impact the environment we are composting all our food waste, recycling other products and using biodegradable and 100% compostable To-go containers.

We are planning to have a two week Grand Opening later this month. We will post it in our website www.gorkhapalace.com and on Facebook.

We hope you will visit us to enjoy a unique culinary experience that Gorkha Palace brings.

Thank you.

-the team at Gorkha Palace

Thats real cool, I wish I was living there, We do have a couple of Nepali restaurants here and I do go there often. Well good luck and If I am anywhere around your state I will surely visit. By the way your menu made my mouth water, may be you can add sadeko sukuti, bhatmas and chiura, Gundruk and more Nepali stuff, May be later. Or may be you can ask us here in sajah for a nepali menu suggestion, not that you need it BUT to expand your Neplai food that we cant make at home. But thanks again, its good to see a fellow Nepali doing good.

I was living in Minneapolis until last year ...I wish i was still in MN,... It's a good news for the Nepalese living in Minnesota... I've many friends that still live in Minnesota, i'll definitely recommend Gorkha Palace to them.

Good Luck for your Business.

Thank you everyone for the nice compliments. We get our Yak meat from a ranch in Cold Spring Minnesota.

No you do not need a reservation however, we are planning our 2 week Grand Opening soon and we are expecting to be very busy then therefore reservations might be recommended.

Come check us out. You can also find us on Facebook

I don't know about the living cost of MN, but still... if I look at those figures from a customer's perspective (include tax & tip on the top of it), one will end up paying 15 bucks for 10 pcs momo.. - it feels a bit expensive. May be I am wrong??.
