YAY or NAY ???
a personal shopper service for nepalese living abroad. put a request online and shopper will buy your item in kathmandu and ship it to your address. commision for shopper on top of cost price and shipping price. you can direct him to your recommended store to buy the item ( which will be cheaper ) or ask the shopper to shop around kathmandu to find the item ( little expensive ) . shoppers in kathmandu compete for rates. like open market place and crowdsourced. and office in kathmandu will handle shipping and payment release for transparency . you can order anything from books, dresses, dhakatopi, khukuri, saree , kurta, specific utensils etc list goes on . any suggestions ?

I would be careful about sharing such business idea in public. What if someone thinks it's a great idea before you make up your mind and runs with the business? In which case even if you had a million dollar idea you would be left with nothing.

Having said that, I think it's not a bad idea specially when you think of the families that are left in Nepal after all the workers leave for abroad. Families might be having a difficult time making purchases even their daily essentials so if there is a service that does it for them, it might be desirable. But who knows?? It will all depend on marketing.
