Madhesis demand are legit; but the solution is not that easy. They will need to weigh on cons and pros of their demand.

Nepal is too small a country for Federal State statues but it might be feasible if we seggregate the whole terai. Then other parts would demand it and its a downward spiral. So it is not recommended.

But they can force their electorate to meet their demands after the election.

They do need to understand the geography of Nepal. If they really want to be separated what are their options; get second class indian citizenship or may be refuge in Nepal or India. Do they want to be like SIKIM?
